Obidare Hezekiah is a Nigeria-based visual artist, A painter from Osun state , Hezekiah comes from a long line of local pottery culture. He graduated with B.A(ed), Obafemi Awolowo University (ACE Ondo) Nigeria. He works with different mediums but mostly acrylics and oil paints. Hezekiah's work is a documentation of history yet untold about the importance and usefulness of pottery to society.
Drawing inspirations from his culture and people in his environment he captures the deferent form of the Pot and uses it as a human head to testify to the the importance of the Pot as more than household utensil.
